There is no response from their email and are not active here as well. Mine is stuck at waiting for deposit for the past 24 hours and the address has changed as well on my transaction page. On blockchain, the address where I sent the bitcoins shows as unspent on their address. They have received it the bitcoins, but when will it get it back. Really worried. And I know I used the correct url.

Sorry but that is not the correct URL for Bitcoin Blender, it is http://bitblendervrfkzr.onion/

Did anyone make any comparisons between the services of Bitcoin Blender and Chipmixer? Which are the pros and contras of each one versus the other one?
Both work in totally different ways.

BitBlender operates with the classic mixing process (Send to X address, receive to Y address).
ChipMixer on the other side has an innovative and totally new system (Send to X address, withdrawal one or multiple pre-funded chips(private-keys) of the equivalent value).

BitBlender is simple (this doesn't make them less good). If you understand the classic mixing process, you will understand how they work.
ChipMixer is more complex and may give you more privacy. To understand how they work, you should read their FAQ: https://chipmixer.com/faq

Hi,

I sent (mistake) my btc to bitcoin-blender.com and I never received; is a scam site?
Do you know if I can in somehow find my BTC?

Thank you very much.
For securing in this case I will suggest you and everyone to not click on the google ads on the top when you search for the bitblender. In the past it was complaint also in bitmixer and now when I searched for bitblender I also saw the scam phishing site at the google ad on the top of the search. So make it your habit to not click on any ad at the top of your search when you search for your product. Plus do not forget to report when you see anything scam or phishing on the google ads.

Goodbye, Z.
I sent (mistake) my btc to bitcoin-blender.com and I never received; is a scam site?
You should always verify you are on a correct domain before you send BTC anywhere.
In case of Blender, the domains are:

https://bitblender.io ~ Clearnet, purely informative, no BTC addresses shown there, no mixing happening.

http://bitblendervrfkzr.onion ~ The actual mixer, this is the only valid domain to mix coins via using Bitcoin Blender.

Yes, you have fallen for an impersonator site, a fake domain that is pretending to be Blender, but has nothing to do with the service.
You have been scammed.

I can't seem to log in to http://bitblendervrfkzr.onion/.  there's no login link any more, just "Home" and "Two Factor Authentication" and "Cancel" tabs.  the 2fa link just has an empty form box.  I can't figure out where to file a ticket as mentioned earlier in this thread a bunch.

I wondered if I was having problems with a script blocking extension or something so I disabled all of them, doesn't seem to have fixed the problem.  Any suggestions?  The site has been broken for me for several days.  Sad

So you have Two Factor Authentication activated on your account, if the text box where the encrypted message with the One Time Password should be is empty it is probably because the PGP key is expired.

Register new account and talk with me through support.

If you were to mix a large number of bitcoin using this service can you please tell me the best way to do it to ensure it is done correctly and to maximize the anonymous nature of the service and to avoid any problems like getting scammed etc

I am just looking for best practice from users who have done this before and have experience using this service as this is my 1st time any further information will be greatly appreciated

Many thanks

Register account on correct URL, add a PGP key. Remember the correct URL.

Mixing slowly is the best way: Deposit 50 BTC spread out over your 5 deposit addresses, then create withdraws to maybe 8 addresses with randomized delays, 2-12 hours for example. Login again after 12 hours, remove your old deposit addresses and create new ones, deposit, create new withdraws. Repeat for a few months until you are done.

You can read a guide here https://bitblender.io/guide.html it explains why using multiple destinations on withdraws, randomized fees on the mixer and randomized delays on withdraws are important.

Hi All. I just want to make sure that the url stated in this thread is still the true one for the authentic Bitcoin Blender site. I had registered on a different url site but when the link to DeepDotWeb stopped working today I became suspicious and found this thread with an alternative url. Although everything corresponds between Blender's comments and the site/url I have now signed up for, some extra reassurance would be great (recently got scammed by a fake tumbling service and can't afford to have that happen again!). Thanks in advance for any assistance!

The URL in the first post in this thread is correct, the same URL is in the signature of all my posts.
You can also verify that the Proof of Ownership PGP message (found on the deposit page) is correctly signed by my PGP key.

Once you have registered you can add a PGP key to activate 2 Factor Authentication.

Goodbye, Z.
Since they dont do support via bitcointalk and are only rarely active on here, try the site integrated support system.
Make sure you're on the correct site, the only valid url is http://bitblendervrfkzr.onion/
