tek i seriously think people should stop encouraging a crowdfund lawsuit ...
if anyone wants to try, they can...by paying themselves, not lure in poor noobs like bitcoin pshcyo and others...
you are going to cause people to lose their money and you are most likely funding a scammer.
(imo no court can do anything about open source, non trademarked, un patented code)
It's not about the code it's about deceiving users looking for Bitcoin and being given Bitcoin Cash
I've seen some big bids of $10000 + being pledged
Also a new lightning mobile wallet but this don't break the rules because it clearly states Bitcoin cash
Thats because bitcoin cash is bitcoin...and no court in the world can deny that.
remember 2 forks...both are bitcoin...
one old og version controlled by blockstreamcore and has been changed so much that it is no longer operating like bitcoin should,
it is legacy software that has been hijacked..
(remember ...was bitcoin client always called bitcoin core?)
BCH is other version, the unhijacked version following the original roadmap.
anyways, back on point, stop encouraging segwetters to send money to a scammer that knows nothing will happen apart from them losing their money.
if you do want to promote the scammer,
create a new thread and give everyone full info and regular updates on whats happening with their money.
