*Brute force will solve any Bitcoin problem*
What will happen to BCH when BTCP is released? Apparently, two forks from Bitcoin, but will BTCP have the strength to attract BCH investors? It will be an interesting duel! If new forks continue to exist and BCH does not show significant improvement or does not attract significant people, it will hardly have long life. Smiley

ZCL is the real Bcash  Cool weee ===>

There has been many forks coming out since BCH, BCH is still the best one, far better than the others.
People are taking BCH as a serious one, not just a fork.

Coinbase Commerce — the Easiest Way for Merchants to Accept Digital Currency

We’re excited to announce Coinbase Commerce, available today for merchants around the world. Merchants everywhere can use Coinbase Commerce to accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin payments.
What is Coinbase Commerce?

Coinbase Commerce is a new service that enables merchants to accept multiple cryptocurrencies directly into a user-controlled wallet. Our mission at Coinbase is to create an open financial system, so we’ve designed this solution to serve merchants worldwide. Unlike previous merchant products we’ve offered, Coinbase Commerce is not a hosted service, so merchants have full control of their own digital currency.

BCH next upgrade / roadmap. - the only one that is highly troll-escorted.

The last one, the old opcode re-activating will enable BCH to do moar ETH like stuff....

Is it about smart contract feature coming to BCH? Sounds good. Plus one competitor for ETH and most dangerous one. There have been and I'm sure there is some cases when ETH network struggles during high volume transaction where BCH I think should have no problem.

ETH does struggle and it is not a block limit issue its a networking issue.

Unless you have a really high end server you cannot even sync a new ETH full node anymore is that what you want for BCH

Thx for bringing that up (again).

Proper scaling comes up with a cost. Always

That means the romantic phase has gone and we are already living in ASIC times.

Scaling has turned into industrial style. Sorry for telling this news...

You have these two different choices NOW:

Introduce industry on the 2nd layer (LN, MicroSchrott, BS, Axa, ...)

Or

Scale up the first layer = on-chain > Miners + their core infrastructure

In my view it is very logical choice for what Bitcoiners should vote.

Can't see the point in increasing block size when you're only using the tiniest fraction of the current block size with the current average being 80Kb (~1% of the current limit)

Also was you consulted on these changes and get a say or did the developer just decided by himself because so far you've just been trusting a central entity that is not Bitcoin

Did anyone else notice that coinmarketcap now displays BCH, XRP, LTC, and ETH base rates?

Roger Ver is going to be rolling out Bitcoincash ATMs:

I just bought 50 Bitcoin (BCH) ATM machines for a bit under half a million dollars. Thanks to our purchase the manufacturer has agreed to roll out BCH support to their existing 1000+ machines world wide!

It needs more publicity though - bitcoincash is fading out of the mainstream media coverage of crypto.

"I just bought 50 Bitcoin (BCH)"

It's BITCOIN CASH, not BITCOIN. He seriously needs to stop doing this.
BCH started of as a fork under different name, by their own choice. It's not Bitcoin by any definition, even if it adheres to the original Bitcoin whitepaper more than the "legacy" Bitcoin does.

I'm pretty sure RV pushes BCH=Bitcoin only because he chose to jump from BTC to BCH while still owning "Bitcoin.com" and "r/btc".

Here we see a rare sight indeed!  ^^^ a legendary bitcoin whisperer is attempting to take bitcoins' temperature...  I think this is the first time ever documented.  Notice the colorful coins and markings?..  truly magnificent!
