Unfortunately, that's not how it works with this particular project. We inquired about an optional smaller version during our initial talks, and the manufacturer explained that the total cost (for the same quantity) would be the same, no matter the size. Unlike the standard collectible coin, the majority of the production cost with this particular project is in the design and mold process, not in the total spot metal price. Making and selling 50-100 pieces of a smaller version would certainly distribute the production costs across more inventory and significantly lower the end price, but that is due to the quantity being made and sold, not the size of the product.

It is a beautiful piece indeed, when I first saw it, I have to say I wasn't sure if he would go through with it, as it was kinda out there, but knowing the bitcoin penny co, it just had to happen
