site down?

The original developer left (sometime in 2014 I think) so Bitcoinstarter and I worked together to relaunch the platform. That being said, the site has new improvements over the previous site, like adjusting the goals and rewards to the exchange rate, fixed and flex funding, and support to accept pledges in over 30+ different cryptocurrencies.

I think you are right, on behalf of PICISI I would like to publicly offer to buy bitcoinstarter.com.   PICISI will be a crowdfunding site that will accept fiat and crypto. Let me know if you are interested.

The EMC2 board unanimously endorsed PICISI.

The HYPER has endorsed PICISI and intends on being a sponsor.

Hey Armis

As you know HYPER has been behind this idea from the beginning!

We are hoping to use the platform to have game developers raise funds for their indie games / online games that incorporate our currency.

Happy to help out with a PR campaign and perhaps we can also help with developers to bring the project to completion

Just let me know what HYPER needs to do, to be able to be a host cryptocurrency for people crowdfunding to develop HYPER games.

We can also do a large PR campaign to announce the project when the time is right.

Thanks!

This is a good site for crowd funding info, I would suggest the OP contact them to arrange for listing BitcoinStarter.com campaigns on their site

I see the OP hasn't been active for a while

I have 0.7BTC pledged in a campaign that didn't go trough (means I get my pledges back)

I'm interested to know when does the "pending extension" message go away and I can get my money?

Anyone help?  Undecided

Please add a filter function to see partly funded projects (like 5%+) and you might want to make it standard as well. Going through pages to see unfunded stuff ain't fun (and it doesn't look appealing for new projects either).

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion. We are actually in the process of re-making the whole platform and will include this filter you mentioned. Exciting things coming down the pipeline so stay tune!   Thanks again for the feedback.

At least a short info via PM would have been nice to know whats going on.

Hi,

Keep in mind not everything is approved. What project ID is it?

Not sure, partly because I don't know what exchange you're floating to.

Check on coinpost.com and see how they float ad prices. The way they made the ad creation form seems much more straightforward. Also, considering your 5% fee, you should also put in a x*.95 calculation that says how much BTC will ultimately be released if the project is fully funded, like Amazon Marketplace tells sellers before they submit their listings.

I believe we are doing Bitaverage . I see it changing so it is working. I'll look over coinpost.  Good idea on running a calculation of how much BTC you be released upon successful completion of funding.  I'll add this to the long list of improvements. Thanks!

How doe s one contact project owners if you like a particular project and would like more details or discussion on it?

You can PM me the project ID and I can get you their email. Or, if you have disqus account you can just leave a message on their project page.
