Who knows... nobody knows, but is that good or bad? Remember if they dumped a lot of coins then they have a lot of BTC!!!! And if they try to buy back in at those levels and put there 40 BTC buywall in place then they will make massive profit, nobody knows, maybe it is, maybe it is just a smart investors that want to take a risk...
