Avoid Yobit at all costs, do not purchase BTCR from there. They don't have their BTCR wallet running (and chances are they never will) so your BTCR will become trapped on that exchange forever (or until they get shutdown).

Msg Yobit to take the BTCR wallet off maintenance. Its a long shot as it seems that Yobit can go months without updating/restarting wallets. Doesn't hurt try though.
The exchange that gets BTCR listed first will get all of my trading volume. I am hoping its NovaExchange as it looks like a good junior exchange. After that just to make sure BTCR always has a home we can approach possibly Cryptopia or Bittrex.
