Welp, that error is returned from the RPC call, so I guess there is somehow a bug either/both on the front end or the back end. I think the best way to solve the issue is to directly contact the BGL team. Or you can also contact the wallet developer, you can see his Telegram ID, on the wallet repo, scroll down to the bottom of the page then you will find the ID.

If whether you are using a default fee or lowering a fee that resulting the same error, I think the problem may be on your browser-side that somehow didn't correctly update the fee amount for the RPC call. Try to clear the web wallet cache, and then make the transaction again. Just do note, make sure you have already backed up your seed phrase since clearing the cache will remove any data for the web wallet.
