Is this Razor defunct or still good? I see it's out of stock and successfully tested the firmware for reproducibility.
Considering that the OP hasn't been online since July last year, I would say that it doesn't look very good. He isn't around to inform the community of any updates, the wallet can't be ordered and is out of stock, and it was mentioned elsewhere that there is no activity on their GitHub whatsoever.

Just a heads up... my Razor came in the mail the other day, and I just have not had a chance to open it and/or test it due to trying to get myself and my partner setup with the government mandated lockdown due to Covid-19 
Now that things have settled down, rest assured that I will make the effort over the coming days to do a full unboxing and initial impressions (with pics and some very short and likely bad quality video
) etc.

Recently there was Ledger promotion where you would get Nano X + free Nano S.
Bithd is just to expensive at the moment, but I think that Ledger is NOT open source and you have to consider that also.

Interesting concept of hardware wallet. It will be difficult to compete with biggest players in the market, but I wish you good luck. This wallet is very small, so it's good if you want to take it with yourself.

Looks an interesting and competitive hardware wallet. With a different design, compared to the main products in the market (ledger and trezor). The concept to make it fit inside a real wallet like a card is very interesting.

What is interesting for me is their card style Razor wallet and Frozen Armor for keeping backup of seed words safe.

Bithd hardware wallet does look interesting, and I like that it is 100% open source, BUT when I go to website I only see asian markets taobao/weidian.
