Good day,

Today, May 3rd, I have to inform you that we can no longer continue the project.

We worked hard with minimal resources for 9 months.
Funds are no longer available.
Due to the Corona crisis, no further funds are available to continue the project.
Unfortunately I have no other answer.
Maybe there will be a few new investors in the future and it is possible to restructure Bitherium with a new team.
But from now on the project is officially over.
The chat function was deactivated until the project started again or not. The exchange is also for sale

The exchange is almost complete, I would say 95%
However, an Exchange developer and administrator is still missing, who also has to be paid
If interested, just let me know
We wish you all the best

Hello Bitcointalk,

It took a little longer because we had to reconstruct and evaluate things first.

To the allegations

We never have and will never collect or keep private keys from wallets.

Some users seem to be trying hard to spread fud, thanks for that.
However, we do not accept any dubious offers from you to receive positive fake posts here in Bitcointalk. We are a hard working project. We do not need this and will not respond to your offers.

If we were Scammers, we wouldn't program Dex. We would also not be transparent in our external communication. All accusations are nothing more than accusations and defamations

We are completely in the development phase. Deposits and withdrawals are deactivated.

Here you can see that we are working on the development of our smart contract (which is not yet finished): https://ropsten.etherscan.io/address/0x8b1c480428038e93f9e99fc9e34194a5f4c1fc60#code

The accusations that the privatekey is read by users completely invented. This screenshot only shows that the user can see his own private key in his own browser session!

Here is a report from our developer team:

The consequences:

We will immediately end the ability to create wallets directly about our exchange. We will add a link to MyEtherWallet with a note on creating a Keystore wallet.

Now we are on the next topic
We immediately end the possibility that the user can log in to us with his private key. It only works with the metamask, Keystore file and we will work on it to connect to the general ledger.

Thanks a lot for this organized, negative campaign it made sure that we will make bitherium even safer.

That's not true. Private keys are sent to the server, then you use a token to identify the user. So you store them:

Thank you for revealing this liars.
Nothing is decentralized here, and I wonder what more dark secretes will be revealed down the road

Peoples must know they leak private keys.

A scam accusation has been opened here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/resolved-bitheriumcc-not-a-full-decentralized-exchange-privkey-leaks-5228661

Why the user's private keys are sent to your server ?

Hello Malyx, thank you for your question.
You can use your private key, keystore file, metamask  to log into our exchange, just like every decentralized exchange offers this login, similar to myetherwallet. We can't collecting or saving anything from this details.

Hello Mallyx,
we really appreciate your post. Our hired developer company got questions about security and we will inform you as soon as possible. If dev company have created any security issues we will publish their name immediately. For now it looking like the users can see their own private keys only in their own web browser and the exchange only authorize them. Don't forget our exchange is in development mode and not ready for using. Also if you are able to contact us about this, we will appreciate your help.

your FAQ section on your website is empty? please add the general items asked by your clients as a decentralized exchange. also, what are your criteria to list a token? i hope you have a good list of requirements before a particular token is listed on your dex. in that way, you will avoid a clutter of worthless tokens later on. because to be honest, most DEXs have a lot of crap tokens that are not giving any value to the exchange, the reason why most of them have very low volume and so they will exit earlier than planned.

Hello CaVO32,
at first thank you very much for your proposals. Our FAQ section will be done before we start operations. We are still working on more important things, so we chosed to answering questions on our TG channel or directly here meanwhile the FAQ page being done. Regarding to tokens which we will list you are right. We would like to list project tokens only which are high potential, at now we chosed few for initial view.

Want to say thanks to Bitherium team. I got my coin within few mins after send to deposit address. I'm very excited to be part of Decentralize exchange. I believe all good exchange should be Decentralize with full honest and transparency of profit sharing. Seen the news not too long ago Binance made like 1Billion! in 2019, I have feeling its gonna be amazing profit sharing for all of us with what you guys building.

Cheers!
Thank you very much for your kind words Smiley So everything working well, thank you for the feedback.
