Great concept with awesome features, I appreciate the birth of this project, but there is something I want to ask, about what you can provide to make you different from a project similar to this? And do you not have a Private Sale, ICO or IEO stage for your token (MoviBits) or Is that only obtained from earnings on your platform?

Instead, this person was driven by a false sense of pride over an accusation that is (ironically) completely wrong and just shows his/her lack of basic understandings, including the inability to separate a Legal Disclaimer from actual whitepaper content. Baseless, inflammatory false accusations deserve the kind of response I gave.

I think I am with you here. Legal disclaimer section is almost similar to most projects.
Sometimes they just change the name of a specific project.

You cited the LEGAL DISCLAIMER, which is meant to be similar across whitepapers. The project is not developing a legal disclaimer, it is developing technology and a business, which are original content of the whitepaper.

Also, I don't care how many fancy quotes you Google. You have to be an absolute moron to think that a team generates its own legal disclaimer. The problem is you don't realize that you are citing the paper's legal disclaimer...

You've cited the legal section of the whitepaper, referencing clarity on "forward-looking statements." That's a standard legal section part of MANY whitepapers because it's created by lawyers and is required by legal jurisdictions to be exactly like that.

You could launch a video platform with less than $5,000 in capital. None of the existing decentralized video platforms matter because:
- They lack a network in the media sector
- Have no realistic content strategy for user acquisition
- Some don't even have a functioning product

Yes. It's founded by the very guys that created Netflix's content strategy and kick-started Amazon Video. Business development capacity >>> tech, but for the matter of addressing technology, the platform is live and is in test-net, accessible for usage to all.

There are several logos on the site, including Netflix and Pluto TV, but they are placed for comparison purposes in an infographic, which is the exact opposite of claiming an endorsement from these companies.

that seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen unless you already have a partnership.... which you 99% chance dont as Disney has publicly spoken about wanting to make their OWN video platform
