Read OP,
Due to overload on server during coin drop, some coin files were created and loaded to multiple wallets.
You can see that in public ledger, you will find multiple entry of single coin file.

See above coin 4de075a68164d516880079932687a7d1352cd3f1.coin shows created by wallet address: 255a3c8fd2145f699a71df3bbe8a8685 and shows created by wallet Address: 7ca8ae3da654e977e424336504c535f4 as well. In such cases coins disappear from second wallet later on because coin was originally created by first wallet few miliseconds before 2nd wallet.
This was caused by time fluctuation of milliseconds.
You can download public ledger and check your self that many coin files show up in more than one wallet address.
We trying to resolve this and replace missing coins to original wallets, but if coin is located in another users wallet which we can not revert.
We also transferred some coins from reserved for bounties to the wallets with missing coins complaints.
Kindly post your missing coin file id like example above, we will show you details in public ledger that coin must have been created by another wallet before you, that is the reason it disappeared since it property of wallet created it earlier.
Please post details of coins are missing from your wallet. We will try to resolve it.

Sending coins for swap to address other than address above will result in loss of coins for good.
