If you have a balance I wouldn't trash the wallet, but I do not see this going anywhere at this point. Doubt that it went to the scam level, but sometimes these coins are more than the dev can get off the ground. The exchange is a pain in the butt, and then there are other things that can either be a ridiculous feat or cost money and perhaps the dev does not see the cost being recouped by the coin.

I will do the Dutch translation for free. Use the bounty for something else that will bring the project to a higher level. Hopefully other people holding enough coins will do the same.

We have not collected single penny from any investor or public so far for project.
If funds needed for project in future, we will not collect funds without escrow.

I can't blame evryone who is still hoping from the dev's promise, it's just a recycled project that already failed, the dev will never add this into a decent exchange, he is all about the money.
