I think you're still on time to join..reward will be stable at 10 coins per block for the first year so there is enough time to jump in and block are enough long so that actual coins in circulation is really low.
I would like to see your pool on BITR, as you said this looks really promising, so why still waiting?

Dev what diff retargeting are you using, seems stuck.
After IPOminer jumped in our hashrate jumped from 1.5 gh/s to 7 Gh/s and maybe more.
Diff retarget is 1 block, and block time is 5 minutes, diff raised to around 500 so it's obvious that this block will be enormously long.
Hold on and mine straight.
Value is growing with the difficulty!

gotta mine this one slow and steady.. Otherwise your looking at 20 min block times
Yep, diff is raising and this will make block solving longer than normal for some blocks, and faster for other consequents blocks. Btw, do not worry about remaining stuck, diff retarget is every block.
