This faucet becomes better and better, it works perfectly now! You know, at this moment I can truly say, Vortex20000 is the most honest and responsible faucet admin I've ever seen. He constantly makes a lot of improvements for our convenience and is open to people suggestions. He send lost coins to those who PM him about this problem, me included. And now he removes transaction fee at all. Vortex20000, you're the best, keep up the good work!

If you've lost anything, just pm me or post info. I'll look into cases ASAP. Daily payments got screwed because someone put an invalid address and this pretty much ruined the script. I am working on a regex pattern to validate bitcoin addresses without having to rely on an rpc server.
