Is there any way to recover the lost? Referrals I can always reget no loss there. But blance was a weeks worth of referral payments.

In his old thread, Vortex has already tell us how to recover our lost. That was by sending PM to him about our information (username,lost balance and btc address)
I did it, and he sent me my lost balance.

I lost my referrals..this kinda annoying and seems unfair.
Last time I open my account I have more than 60 active referrals, but now I only have 4referrals.
