despite what may be said in other forums and channels, BC is doing very well thank you and we are where we want to be in terms of our development technically and in respect of adoption. You don't think I've been sitting here hatching those Coinkites do you?

I've deliberately withheld much of what I'm doing in the interests of client privacy. However, the Bitcoin Boulevard we are working on will see a number of handsets and software solutions rolled out. Some outlets will be BC, some wont.

We have also been in talks with the art world. We have some superb things coming up there that put BC where it was always meant to be, in the hands and minds of a classier customer.

Our original ideas, so badly subverted by those that sought to pump us beyond recognition and by those with no taste or class, have been restored and are well along the way to success. This coin is special for a number of reasons and those that know will thrive and prosper

We will of course always be subjected to lame attacks on our integrity as those that seek to harm our reputation will use the usual flak and BS to put us down, tiresome isn't it!? but it's part of the territory. As for innovation, we lead the pack regardless of what others may tell you.

And then there's the ATM's.. custom made for BC ones and ones that are industry leaders that will have BC on....
Then there's the BlackCoin Coffee machine that accepts BC. This great little device is ideal for colleges and cafes.....

See, we don't slack at all. We may go quiet, that's the sound of work BTW, but we NEVER stop working to make BC THE alt coin of choice for the more discerning customer

every BCer thinks the present price is low, right? and everybody is watching or picking up a little bit, or waiting for ever lower price, right ?
therefore, the price surely will be lower! believe or not, we'll see.

What everyone else said. And the majority of altcoins are down right now. Plus MintPal incident. It's all pretty chaotic. Might be better after BTC conference.

That is the biggest point why not to sell lower with such tinny volume one hour and your price can never come back to 17k
and people who wanted buy back at 12k will be so pissed off.
I just accumulate my BC sell pressure is little and crypto surfers no new money syndrome that is whole is about.
Same price rebuild can be even with DOGE DRK... people will know which coin is worth to pick up i no doubt in that.

Ask yourself one question:

If someone keeps selling for an extremely low price day after day and you are not in a hurry:
Would you drive the price up or just let him sell into your orders until he's out of coins?

I have no idea who is selling or holding the price down, but it can't be many people at this tiny volume, a panic sell looks a bit different
I picked up ~10k last evening and if they are stupid enough to sell even lower i will take some more.

Btw, there is not much resistance to get the price up again, last saturday it took like 15 mins and 50 BTC to get from 16k to 21k.

I care. As engzks stated above there was no proof. The coins were not sent to a different address after receiving the 8 million coins. The hacker "stole" 8 million coins and just waited for the Vericoin dev to take action. That's the part that doesn't make any sense.

I actually think MintPal's volume will recover once they remove that statement about the "Successful Attack"

No point in useless fud on Veri, they already shot themselves in the leg when hard forking it to a previous state making it centralized.. imagine Bitcoin being hard forked after the mtgox crisis.. 

Black survived cryptorush hack, but Veri wouldn't survive the mintpal hack.
