If you can get BlackCoinLite on c-cex for free then I say do it! Its normal practice to get listed on an exchange after the ICO period, nothing fishy about it. Could be your ignorance playing part here.

It's not fair but the warning signs where there. C-cex may take a long time but free is free just takes votes. atleast it was @ the time of my question to him about why it was going to be listed AFTER ico.

Theare, after a week of C-CEX you can add it on YOBIT at least yobit has alot of hype can take this coin to the 100 sats for sure

i guess after the burn of the coins there will be around 50 millon coins available thats not bad if VIP made it with 78 millions so your coin
