Thank you for this platform. I found it myself on the Internet when I entered the word "blockout". Previous commenters have written that your link is not working. I don't see a problem with that. If the link does not work and gives only 404, you can always manually enter the site's name in Google. I wonder when it will be possible to pay for something with cryptocurrency on the Internet. For example, on Amazon or social networks? I've been waiting for this opportunity for several years. I even ordered an advertisement on famoid.com to improve your Facebook account activity. They'll enhance the appearance, making the product more attractive. However, even they will not be able to enable payment with cryptocurrency. When will Zuckerberg do it?

I don't know if this is true or not, but the link to the github in your post leads to a page with a 404 error. You should have created an archive of the page with evidence of the scam of the person indicated in the post.
If you have more reliable evidence regarding the creator of this project, create a topic in Scam Accusations.
