If u want to make it fair - released password after 2-3 minutes the source has been released.
in another way - time to compile the source and run the pool is max 3 minutes. U make it very unfair for solo miners and for typical windows users. Shame on u - another shitty dev

Lately we have this plan on this forum: huge pre-mine/insta mine with buddies/wallets late/source borked/instant exchange for dumping. Yet people still have an appetite for it, as if the next coin is somehow going to be THE ONE that makes them rich.
