Your BLUE tokens are safe providing you withdraw them from EtherDelta's smart contract as soon as you can.
I have just got mine using the steps above provided.
Make sure you use the "getBalance" function to attain the correct number you need to paste into the "withdrawToken" function.
I can confirm that I was able to withdraw my tokens from Etherdelta, too, using MEW.
As RYXES said, you have to use the function "balanceOf" (this is the correct term) first, as the WEI amount of your tokens differs from the real amount. Once you know, how much you can withdraw, you can just follow the steps in the video (at the very last step, you have to leave the upper form blank).
