What do you think about the part where users create the job or milestones?
It would be difficult for a user if he/she doesn't have a concrete idea of what needs to be done?
Users should be able to like take a picture of the problem like literally like wire problems or wall problems.
There will be an assistant to help with creating the job/job description, but I doubt it would cover everything since there will always be something new.
Yes, the assistant would be able to help when creating known jobs or jobs that is in the system but what if it's not on the system?
Systems like that should always be updated, or if possible managed by A.I., like if there is a new kind of skill needed for a work or like a special type of new job, it gets updated.
Another thing is what if a user is ignorant or not knowledgeable on common repair terms, taking a picture would greatly help.
If not AI, they can like create a general community where people can post their problems or those pictures and also give assistance when creating a job.
Anyway, they will get contractors proposals and have the opportunity to have an agreement, or have their minds meet. They can explain everything they want there.
Won't the contractors have an ability to take advantage of the situation since the user is not knowledgeable?
That's possible. He won't be able to give a bad review since he doesn't know what has been done might not really be that good.
They can do a random quality check? Like a team to check on one contractors work every so often and see that it has been done well, just to ensure an always good job. That would be good for the brand as well.

I think a dedicated team assigned to this area and a reputation system in place can checkmate this problem and fix it.
A quality assurance team is a norm in the corporate industry.
If the team is dedicated to success, they will try their best to pursue their goals. A lot of team and developers in cryptocurrency are veteran and self proclaimed but Bob's repair is the only one I've seen that the team are more agressive in marketing their project worlwide.


Yes, we all know that everyone wants to be successful and they used different strategies to achieved it,
aside from that the Bob's repair is the one who has the eagerness to have a better solution in making a quality products.

What do you think about the part where users create the job or milestones?
It seems that they will be using GUI for that part.
I read about the automated process that is continuously learning and I think they probably employed the statistical information they gathered there in forming the GUI.
Now I'm wondering how much of a friend will it be cause it says it is gonna be very user friendly.
For the young ones, it would be normal, but for the non tech savvy, many of them had trouble transitioning to new OS or switching to new smartphones.
A user guide would be appropriate(though I doubt it would help old people), FAQs page, step by step pop up assistance like whenever there's something new in fb.
They should keep the SMS and call support that they used to have.
They should add chat support and email support if possible.
Once it has been launched they should put in tutorial videos including walkthrough on their basic processes.

As fas as the Bob's repair project is concern  ma'am/sir jlaw077 the steps in terms of inquiring to the bob repair project to the procedure on how to avail their services to the breakdowns of the prices of materials and services will be given because it is for the consumers idea for them to support the Bob's repaur project

Just learnt that another interesting update from the stables of the Bobsrepair team, that the Smart Contract audit from New Alchemy is ready and released.

It says the new Alchemy's review of the Bobsrepair smart contract did not uncover any issues of critical severity which shows all is well and there's really nothing serious to worry about.

The contract used was standard used by other ICO projects, but overall of vulnerabilities found by New Alchemy was low and specifically with the design and custom proportions of the code.

Bobsrepair corrected minor issues after receiving the audit report but did not implement protection against short address attack, two phase ownership transfer and crowdsale execution through smart contract.

I read the contract was used to create it's token and gives them the ability to distribute initial token, increase the quantity of token and manage transfers once the ICO is ended.

Also it is worthy to note that these contract do not implement the actual crowdsale opting to manually control payment and token distribution.

great news that the main sale is now on. if the sale goes on so fast, the ico is over soon. 2381 eth in some hours is very good. i think in some hours they are over 3000+ eth.  Wink

Yes also that's not all because the team  is still waiting for one more audit so that they will give the general public a sneak peak of their executive summary.

That should be the audit for Hlosho which is also another firm auditing the Bobsrepair smart contract,  also how long will it take before this second audit would be out.

I think bob's repair is created as an improvement of the older system.

As we can see the Bob's repair is created to improve the old system, one of the reasons of Bob's repair  is to attract the investors and to have a good feedbacks in producing or repairing a products.

As far as i know mate chess888 the Bob's repair project has already their chat support and also electronic mail support, because in case of emergency we all know that we are already in the era where in if there is an emergency occured tge consumers or people will immediately grab their phone and tell the incident or problems relating to the bobs project

Awesome way to let the people about whole project and idea behind this how it was started in less than 4 minutes video. I appreciate this videao because made my search really easy after watching this I don't feel need of looking for other information to make my mind for investment. A project of two brothers to bring ease in lives of many great cause at the same time.

I see that the main sale is starting on April 4th. But I didn't find any references on how long it will last. When will the ICO close? This is something people should know.

AS  far as i can see with the management and marketing of the bob it will not last long a month,
this is just for me. they are all good in different aspect and the platform they are having now is really superb.
can't expect more but a sold out!

that's right aside from the users' guide of the Bob's repair project they must also a call support for the old people who we all know that most of them are not into the technology or did not know how to use the technology or other Modern gadgets. And also for chat and text support for those people who might not that techy but know how to use some of them like cellphones with keypad and lastly for emergency purposes.

This is very good strategy to attach the bonus with the size of investment. Like this small investors also get bonuses at very stage though less than bigger ones but this things attracts everyone. The interest in project because of effectiveness is huge which will take the raised money sooner at over 10000ETH before reaching to first stage finish line.

The guide of  Bob's repair project is very  useful to the people who wants to purchase the services that the Bob's repair project offered because it is very conventional and easy to understand.
In addition to this statement i agree that the frequently asked questions are there together with the answers.
