Thanks for the careful review, about the exchange is being developed and will be online very quickly, why did I do a roadmap without deadlines? Of course to work quietly without stress, but it is my duty to carry on the project, so it is fundamental to have our exchange. About the premine it is only 0.5%, I have to sell the masternodes and then send collateral, but the unused coins will be sent to a cold wallet and they will be locked for future improvments, finally a probable investor, who waits only for the core to go online, complained about the low cost of collateral, so I always think that everything is subjective
