Why are you staking Premine? Do you not think you have enough already. Don't you think that the staking should be for the holders? That is the idea of staking is to get people to hold longer, but if you are staking all the rewards what is the sense of the rest of us staking? the changes are.
and superblocks every 70k blocks for 1k blocks
starting at 70k,140k,210,280k,350k,420k,490k, 560k,630,700k,770k
reduce max stake to 20 coins. currently it's rare to even get 4 coins, so this will still allow most stakes to get full amount, but also limit potential manipulation of super block rewards
the fork will occur at block 70k,
which is in 10 -14 days .. blocks have been going reasonably slowly so i'm thiking more likely to be around 14 days

weird, anyway we are up to release new code upgrade including superblock series, seems that low stake rate is annoying for some users that are claiming for a more active and dynamic reward schedule. We are redesigning specs right now and new source would be able to release within one week or so after some tests. Check this topic regularly for updates.
