the Developer of this coin and website is using a code to block users from getting paid .
the intentions of the Dev is to block out multiple accounts by the same person but unfortunately it is not working the way he would like it to work.
His code is blocking several people even if they only have one account and once it blocks you; you will not receive any payment for listening to his radio"
the code he is using will block a double use of the same ip but it will not fix the issue after the user is only using one. so it blocks but does not fix after the issues is resolved.
along with his code is also doing other undesirable controls and blocking other people without reason .
now if a person uses TOR network "a proxy" this will cover his original IP and will show that you are using a different IP. if using TOR the people are getting paid and not being blocked. while others with only one account and only one IP are blocked and cannot get things fixed until the DEV manually returns that persons status to its correct settings.
the choice and legality or being legit of using this code is a preference of the website owner or developer and is perfectly legal but it hurts the customers.
there are also a few other uncontrollable issues caused by this code being used but i have already named a few of them in previous posts!

I don't understnd about user blocking.  Can someone explain?  Is this not legit?

user control is obvious ly needed but before you start blocking people out of the system make sure the script is working correctly....!!!
this script is not working correctly and is still blocking people!

the problem sits also that if two people living in two different houses but using the same ISP and during DHCP renewal have their is IP's inverted By the ISP they will both be blocked and neither will receive credit! and until they complain about it and the Dev manually changes things they will not be allowed to receive their rightful earnings!  
the script he is using  BLocks   But DOES NOT resolve !
this allows for TOR network users to have 100's of accounts and all receiving but the person with only 1 account is blocked!

I am very happy about the control of users, this gives the radio stations the right image and they will invest when they know it’s real people  listening.

It will start to send your coins to masternodes and they will mix then together with other users that also start the Darksend funktion. In this way your coins will become "new" coins that are more difficult to trace.

yep. We will find a healthy way. We want to protect all honest users but we need something for your issue..

First of all: no one is suspected personally as a cheater.
Short explanation: yesterday we introduced a new system to protect our users and limit the rewards to one stream per IP.

At the moment there are 120 BRO per hour that are distributed to all Users who listen to an Radio Station.
Unfortunately, we had to determine that some Users had up to 40 Streams from a single IP address.
This reduced the shares of all other users - in other Word they cheated all honest Users that used our Service in the way it was mentioned.

Right now the Fraud Prevention System is not perfect and leads to unawaited Side effects.
We are looking for a 'healty-way' to protect honest Users and to enable more than One Stream per IP.

i am also positive that while many new coins such at the one in your signature , will have the manager as the dev... i am more then positive that he would adhere to the guidelines set by the main campaign managers of the forum!

Yesterday the same thing happened to me. Something should not be right.

IMHO, he is using a hand written control script and it is malfunctioning ! and being over zealous of his attendance will only hurt this coin and his chances of success! i agree that there should be only 1 "ONE" account per person but over restricting and trusting a malfunctioning software is just plain and simply wrong! obviously his script or software does not do a reverse check and balance and resolution thru the TOR network! While it is a true pain "although very possible" but obviously not implemented on his website; if people use TOR and they get paid , it goes to give reason there is something wrong with his intentions or the outcome of trusting a small script that has been proven to be ineffective and with incorrect output!

I only have one single account and I am getting the message that my account is suspended.

Not impressed as I took part in the initial ICO and have been supporting this project.

Please clear this up for me as maybe i am misunderstanding things.?...

i have several servers running and just as many websites for several other people! i also offer very privately a VPN service to some of my customers as a thank you.   ... NOW my question is this...
while i offer a VPN service to clients and they would connect to your radio using my VPN all of them and myself get our accounts shut off?
even after 24 hours of shutting off any service of the VPN and i am the only person using my static ip"not spoofable.".. you still do not turn on my account while the others now using TOR networks have  received payments!?
what the hell?
please correct your software and this issue!

yes at the moment there is only one IP allowed. We think about it. Maybe we change this to two account per IPs.
