I am willing to organize a community purchase for small investors.
Weekly proportional payments = revenue - cost of electricity
After ROI:
Weekly proportional payments = revenue - cost of electricity - 3% fee (hosing, inet, payments, etc)
If interested, PM with desired BTC amount to me.

Major up in OP. Large commitments (50%+) only, Batch #3 is very soon so please contact me soon. Outside of that, I am now closing Batch #3. Anyone who I have contact but is not locked in, I may contact you today after I do my final numbers to see if you want to participate.

Not at this time. I don't want to spread myself too thin by having to service too many people. This may change in the future, I want to make sure this project gets up and running smoothly before I make bigger commitments.

If there is a price drop then I will have more coins than budgeted. My initial feeling is to send back the difference based on their expectations. Purchasing additional unit would be another option. Good question.

Escrow would not work because I need to actually purchase the units and I would not want to be more on the hook covering a portion if something else unanticipated happened before I get the unit. People need to understand and accept there is risk. What I am providing a lower risk on performance of the duties of mining on their behalf.
