Every coin should be able to return to their aths at some point. Nobody knows and it all depends on a couple factors. If a coin can be independent of BTC and have lots of interest with volume. It becomes more valuable and therefore you can sell at a higher price. Either way the rebase and other things they are working on are going to make this coin a little more valuable.

Nova exchange has low volume big players don't like to use this platform so that is not a good news. If it could succeed to take place to on some Korean exchanges than it will bring more fun to this coin and it will start moving with good hype.

the biggest problem of the project is exactly where the main turnover goes. exrates is a very negative exchange with inflated volumes and where there is really no bidding and only the bots of the exchange trade.
This site is just slightly weak in UX and its management system is different with other exchanges.
