Not at all, the fork was announced around mid-december on twitter.
But investigating Creigton and friends account will be more interesting, they probably bought a lot early december ... always talk about community, transparence but never disclosed how many they own

Unless something has changed, Cryptopia was only going to Airdrop BTCP to ZCL holders that were having a problem withdrawing their coins....and if and only if a withdrawal was initiated at least 8 hours prior to the snapshot. If you just left your ZCL in Cryptopia during the snapshot then you will not receive any BTCP

It seems that they will not only add BTCP market but also open trading just like they did with previous few forks. They care of commission and once price will start increasing automatically they will allow. It is best way to keep watching continuously.
