I think you just have to install the wallet in your windows pc, let it sync. create an address to use it as the masternode wallet. export the private key... then click on masternode, then on create... and fill the formulary.... I think the wallet is the masternode itselft..

This has scam written all over it. I don't think any toll booth or oil change place is ever going to be accepting BU-GO... it's a "spend-me-on' coin for your car, but it has masternodes, and isn't even mined. I would say your 80 bucks is better spent on something sensible like drugs or gambling.
