The person who created the Cannabis Coin also owns the Herbal Wellness Center... So if you think your buying a Cannabis Coin, your actually buying a gift card to the Herbal Wellness Center.
i am staggered where u got that bullshit info. please, to all that moron fud heads, get a life.

Largest and Apple part is bullshit. They are against 2016 but there is lawsuit pending that should allow us to grow again. Problem for the stores. But they screw people. Some charge $120 a quarter.

Working together your wrong. Encanto Green Cross for example works with over 30 stores. It is where they get their pot. Places now are trying to get an many variety as they can. Only about half grow anything.

We also get tons from Cali for delivery where everyone is moving to. Better prices.

If they Take a CANN for Canndy. While I am there I grab a 1/4 for a $100 sounds like good business.

I agree some on here are not looking at the reality. However over time this is a win. Cash is biggest issue in the industry. The federal government can seize 100% of it at any time they like. Hiding it not the answer.

CANN is the answer.

phx710,

Thanks for reading my post!

1) You are right that Billy Hayes has filed a lawsuit to challenge the validity of the "25 mile rule", which will allow all patients to grow 12 plants. Again though, many dispensaries are fighting against patients to keep this from happening.

2) You are actually right.. David at Encanto Green Cross is one of the good ones, and he does in fact sell marijuana to other dispensaries. (David has experience operating a dispensary in Colorado as well.) The guys over at the Arizona Cannabis Society will sell their marijuana to other dispensaries too. Please, please, don't think that they sell their VERY BEST strain though. And it would also be incredibly wrong to assume that Encanto Green Cross represents the way that other dispensaries conduct themselves. Many of the dispensary operators won the lottery for a dispensary license, but clearly were not qualified to receive one.

3) The United States government recently changed certain regulations to categorize Bitcoins and other forms of digital currency as a form of legally recognized currency in the United States that IS subject to US forfeiture and money laundering laws. This, presumably, was done in response to public awareness of The Silk Road" combined with the spike in Bitcoin value a few months ago.

You aren't allowed to be a voice of reason here . You aren't allowed to tell people the reality of things so they don't get robbed of their hard earned crypto. TO THE MOON OR GTFO!!!!

I don't understand the point of coming here and tell us the reality of things from your perspective when we all are grown ups here.

Why didn't you try to do this when CANN was at 1k?

I smell a FUDDER.
Where else would be a better place for potential investors to go to to talk about any issues they may think of before putting their money on the line?

Is this forum thread only for koolaide drinkers?

Read the thread, or ask a question. Just ask it nicely and in a constructive manner.
Likewise, any who are thinking about jumping in to purchasing CANN would greatly appreciate it if answers/replies/responses are given nicely and in a constructive manner. Grabbing pitchforks ("zomg fud!!1!") anytime someone has a question or concern isn't inviting to anyone still on the fence.

Sorry man. With too much FUD it's hard to tell who is genuine and who is not. If you're genuinely interested and question hasn't been answered in previous pages you should tweet dev. He'll be able to assist you.

Looking forward to your investment because it'll help the community as much as it would help you!!

WTF???

So, can we all agree that UNLESS more dispensaries start accepting Cannabis Coin, this is just a glorified sales promotion created by Herbal Wellness Center?!?!?!?!?

The person who created the Cannabis Coin also owns the Herbal Wellness Center... So if you think your buying a Cannabis Coin, your actually buying a gift card to the Herbal Wellness Center.

If you mined your Cannabis Coin or if you mined Bitcoin and exchanged it for Cannabis Coin, then you actually just mined a gift card to the Herbal Wellness Center. This does seem like an awesome deal, as I can now essentially obtain medical marijuana without having paid any money whatsoever.

For those of you not here in Arizona, let me inform you that Arizona's medical marijuana community is VERY VERY divided right now.. DeltaNine seems to be painting a different picture for you in an effort to promote the Cannabis Coin..

The medical marijuana dispensaries don't support the legalization initiative that's coming to Arizona in 2016, which has created tension between dispensaries and patients. The ridiculously high prices at dispensaries in comparison to the prices at the Medical Marijuana Farmers Market as created even more tension between dispensaries and patients.

Furthermore, the dispensaries in Arizona do NOT work well together. Rather, most dispensaries grow a specific desirable strain (OG Kush) and then ensure that THEIR dispensary is the ONLY store with that strain. This is because unlike other states, Arizona does not permit PATIENTS to sell medical marijuana directly to the dispensary. Rather, each dispensary must grow their own medicine OR buy medicine from other dispensaries instead. So essentially the best strains with the best genetics are in the hands of the patients, and not the dispensaries.

So if your a dispensary in Arizona and you want to generate a large profit, it's actually in your best interest to not work with other dispensaries and to discourage patient-to-patient sales.

The assertion that Herbal Wellness Center is the "Biggest dispensary in Arizona" is complete hogwash!! The dispensary itself is quite nice inside, but it's located in a HOOD part of town. This isn't a Scottsdale dispensary, folks. Phoenix is quite segregated unfortunately, and this dispensary is located in a part of town that is inhabited primarily by illegal immigrants from Mexico.. The "Maryvale" area of Phoenix (43rd Ave and Indian School) is known for lots of crime, drugs, gangs, and prostitutes. Point being that many patients choose to go to the dispensary in the nicer part of town rather than going to a dispensary in the GHETTO to buy their medicine. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maryvale_%28Phoenix%29)

YES, there ARE 50,000 registered medical marijuana patients in Arizona, but there are also 98 other dispensaries as well... A couple of weeks ago, a survey was done here in Arizona which found that ONLY 35% of our 50,000 registered medical marijuana patients actually shop at dispensaries. This is primarily because just recently, the Arizona courts have ruled that patient-to-patient sales of medical marijuana are in fact legal. My point is that unlike most other states, very few patients actually shop at dispensaries in Arizona and opt for patient-to-patient sales or the farmers market instead...

Lastly, the claim that Herbal Wellness Center has been called the "Apple Store of Marijuana" is quite amusing. That claim is clearly being made by the Herbal Wellness Center to promote your excitement for the Cannabis Coin.

For example only;

If "Bloom Dispensary" (another dispensary in Phoenix) decides to accept Cannabis Coin, and then Bloom has a falling-out with the Herbal Wellness Center and later decides to NOT accept Cannabis Coin, all of Bloom's customers will then be stuck with Cannabis Coin that they can't use at Bloom, but can only use at Herbal Wellness Center. Bloom really can't just assume that patients will know how to go online and convert their leftover CANN to BTC or USD, so Bloom will fear that their customers will all then go to the Herbal Wellness Center to spend their remaining Cannabis Coin instead. This is probably reason #1 why other dispensaries will be reluctant to accept Cannabis Coin. The hatred amongst the different dispensary owners is reason #2.

My grand point; Other dispensaries in Arizona aren't going to except the Cannabis Coin because the creator of the Cannabis Coin owns a competing dispensary!!

IF IF IF IF IF IF IF IF IF IF IF IF IF IF, other dispensaries start accepting Cannabis Coin then this will gain some legitimacy. Otherwise, your just buying/mining a gift card to the Herbal Wellness Center.

Thanks and lots of love to all!

Yeah Yeah Yeah...you don't had enought cheap coin..so get in or go away...everything else is bla bla bla..wait more so you can buy at 200k satoshi as the other one gambling if the cannabiscoin will respect the 1=1 change on monday..don't waste our time please..we're going to the moon, come in if you want..that's revolution, you can't deny it...

First of all, THANK YOU to the Cannabis Coin team!

Please let me preface my comment by saying that I'm a seriously ill medical marijuana patient who is intrigued by the overall potential good that the Cannabis Coin can represent, but I am NOT super knowledgeable when it comes to crypto-currency in general. My specialty is Medical Marijuana.

With that being said....

Cannabis Coins sound like a really cool idea in theory, but at the moment it's seems like nothing more than a glorified sales promotion from a medical marijuana dispensary... Unless I'm completely mistaken.. (Please correct me if I'm wrong!)

Based on what I've read and seen, I've concluded that;

1) DeltaNine is the founder/creator of Cannabis Coin.

2) "Cannabis Coin" has a Youtube video entitled "Phoenix Facility 10/10" (video taken by DeltaNine) of a Medical Marijuana Dispensary Cultivation Facility that has yet to be inspected (presumably, Herbal Wellness Center in Phoenix)

3) "Herbal Wellness Center" appears to be the ONLY dispensary in the United States that accepts Cannabis Coin for payment of medical marijuana.

4) The fact that DeltaNine had access to the Herbal Wellness Center's Cultivation Facility prior to it being inspected by AZDHS, combined with the fact that "Herbal Wellness Center" is the ONLY dispensary in the United States to accept Cannabis Coin, strongly suggests that DeltaNine is either a part owner of "Herbal Wellness Center" or at least has an existing business relationship with it's registered owner, Long Nguyen. (Arizona law requires that the address of a Licensed Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility may not be released to the public, and so DeltaNine simply could not have had access to film this Cultivation Facility on 10/10 unless he was an employee of the dispensary or at least personal friends with the owner.)

5) If I mine or buy any Cannabis Coin, I can only spend them at one dispensary, which appears to be owned by or directly associated with the very same people who made the Cannabis Coin.

In a nutshell, this is a really cool idea but it just doesn't seem legitimate until a majority of the dispensaries are willing to accept the Cannabis Coin as payment for medicine. Until that time, it appears to be just a clever promotion by a dispensary to generate revenue.

With all that being said, I would say that the POTENTIAL for the Cannabis Coin is enormous! If more and more dispensaries decide to accept Cannabis Coin, this will become a legitimate option for patients.

No disrespect intended to anyone and lots of love to you all!

1) True!

2) That facility passed state inspection! Smiley

3) HWC is the first. Other dispenseries will follow suit.

4) I believe that was the CANNdy facility, not the HWC facility.

5) see my answer on 3.

HWC is just the first dispensery.
No need to doubt D9. He knows what he's doing!
CANN will expand to more dispenseries. HWC is only the beginning!

Kind Sir,

Shame on you for implying that I'm a "hater" for simply speaking up about what I observed. I spoke nothing but the truth, including when I said that Cannabis Coin does have the potential to become legitimate in the future, but only if it becomes universally accepted by a MAJORITY of dispensaries.

First of all, Arizona DHS regulations only allow an entity/person to receive a Medical Marijuana Dispensary License. Unlike other states, Arizona does NOT distribute separate licenses for dispensaries, cultivation facilities, and infusion facilities. A Licensed Dispensary MAY choose to open 1 addition Cultivation/Infusion Facility, but it is done so under the umbrella of the same Dispensary License.

So to say that the "Phoenix Facility" is actually the "CANNdy Facility" and NOT Herbal Wellness Center's Cultivation/Infusion Facility, would suggest that DeltaNine has a 2nd dispensary license of his own that is separate from that of the Herbal Wellness Center. However, that would first raise the question of "If he has a dispensary license of his own, why would HIS dispensary not accept the Cannabis Coin as well?" And of course the entire notion would be disputed by numerous facts including the pictures that DeltaNine has posted of himself in the dispensary, wearing HWC clothing, his speaking of the quality of the cultivation facility, etc.

My overall points are really super simple and quite factual;

DeltaNine, who created the Cannabis Coin, clearly owns the Herbal Wellness Center.

The Herbal Wellness Center is currently the ONLY dispensary in the United States to accept the Cannabis Coin.

Those 2 facts led me to the logical conclusion that the Cannabis Coin is essentially a gift card that fluctuates in value, as opposed to a form of universally accepted currency that has developed enough legitimacy to justify asking ALL seriously ill medical marijuana patients to convert to it. Rather, this seems like a cool idea for the patients who ALREADY shop at the Herbal Wellness Center and/or any participating dispensaries and anyone who wants to mine coins and/or purchase them as an investment opportunity.

My other point is simply that the other dispensaries in Arizona are going to be VERY reluctant to accept the Cannabis Coin because the creator of the Cannabis Coin owns a competing dispensary and the medical marijuana industry of Arizona is like a huge SOAP OPERA. We can't even get competing dispensaries to sell marijuana to EACH OTHER, how are we going to get them all to accept a form of currency that is owned by a competing dispensary???

For example only;

In your previous post, Normaldoyle, you said that your "Pretty sure CANN acceptance will hit Colorado and Washington in the future." You being "Pretty sure" is my point precisely. You and I have to wait and hope that other dispensaries decide to accept this form of currency for it to become legitimate. In the meantime, right now, in the real world that we're actually living in at this exact moment, there is only ONE dispensary that accepts Cannabis Coin, and that dispensary is owned by the creator of the Cannabis Coin.

Until a majority of dispensaries accept Cannabis Coin, we can't justify asking seriously ill people to convert to this form of currency. That would NOT in the best interest of seriously ill patients.

Thanks and lots of love to all!

There is 92M CANN in circulation now. That's 92 tonnes of marijuana at 1 CANN = 1g rate. Does anyone believe these can be EVER exchanged at least once?

There aren't that many buyers in Arizona. Medical marijuana purchases are limited I believe, so having thousands of dollars worth of CANN makes no sense as you can't purchase
that much marijuana anyways with it. At least to my understanding. So this means CANN will be like a discount voucher for marijuana, it won't reach the same value as a gram of MJ [say $10],
but it will increase in value greatly as it can be exchanged for that amount in a specific location. So I'm guessing we may see $.50+ a coin.

If it is limited to Arizona buyers, then the current price is inflated already. You cannot send weed to another state because USPS and other operators are limited by the federal law which prohibits marijuana. No chance of mailing it overseas. By the way, I don't see a reason why other dispensaries would like to accept CANN. They want cash, not crypto.

Watch out you'll be called a FUDSTER for that comment. Or, you might "smell like a FUDster" ....

You guys must have missed where it says the dev has been talking to dispensaries in other states, and also the issue of banks not wanting anything to do with dispensaries due to the uncertainty regarding federal law, which is where crypto comes in.

Read the thread, or ask a question. Just ask it nicely and in a constructive manner.

Lets see never said that anywhere.  CANN is pegged to one place the wellness center. This is what we have on record.  Nobody, is not asking questions in constructive manner. Its others accusing others of spreading FUD.

Sorry man, it has been said that more dispensaries are participating. That multiple growers have joined the movement. The first is announced on the 20th with MORE to follow. So you can stop making things up anytime. I've read every post in this thead since day one.

Guide to Getting CannabisCoin to $1+

I love big ideas, it's one of the reasons I'm drawn to CannabisCoin. With that being said, if we want to shoot 'to the moon', each one of us individually need to start taking immediate action to develop and execute the plan. If you want a high value coin, help me provide high value.

1. If you find yourself saying "It would be great if we could.." be the catalyst. Make the contact and then post to the forum "I thought it would be great to do X, I did Y. Can I get some help doing Z".

2. Review the Cannabis[Suspicious link removed]gle Doc each day and CONTRIBUTE to it as you find new resources
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eUhhvaOa0_Wk9CBE-vGBIfkwYBkzYxOuTDt6WySxTPI/edit#

3. Create a twitter account if you don't have one already.  If you say "I don't do twitter", I ask you to rethink that strategy from a marketing standpoint. I'm not asking you to tweet about your favorite celeb like a 12 year old tween, I'm asking you to please join us in marketing efforts.

4. Create a Facebook account. If you 'don't do Facebook', please see #3

5. Create a Reddit account

6. Start tweeting. If you don't know where to start, look at the list provided in #2.  You can do searches, find twitter accounts that would be sympathetic to our cause. If you find some good ones, add them to the Google doc.

7. Retweet great posts from @CannabisCoins

8. Do the same for Facebook and Reddit.

9. There was a great interview done on CoinTelegraph, share it with EVERYONE! It's also a great way to make introductions to traditional media outlets like Wired, Business Insider
http://cointelegraph.com/news/112748/cannabiscoin-officially-redeemable-for-1-gram-starting-october-20-interview-with-founder

9.5 While you're at it, go ahead and write a solid post supporting the article and respectfully reply to FUD:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/112748/cannabiscoin-officially-redeemable-for-1-gram-starting-october-20-interview-with-founder

10. In the Google Doc (#2), there's a listing of great local media. If you're not sure what to say, point them to the article and let them know a big event is happening on Oct 20th (quick summary)

11. Hit up Google for keywords like 'Cannabis' 'Marijuana' 'News Outs' etc..   email THOSE people, use the interview as an introduction

12. If you make a post about people you've contacted, make sure to add it to the Google Doc. If you noticed someone else posted a useful list of contacts, make sure YOU add it to the Google Doc.

13. Private message others in this thread that you feel are on the same page. Create your own mini campaigns.  "Hey x, I noticed you did y, maybe we could work together on x"

14. The celeb tweets for money was a great idea, anyone looking to lead that initiative?

15. Every time you are about to hit refresh on Bittrex or CoinMarketCap, consider using that time to do 1-14.

16. Help coordinate a grassroots project on how we're going to report:

- 24 hours before the event
- During the event
- After the event

Boots on the ground? Who is bring the cameras? How often are updates coming back to the community? etc

Don't wait for Snoop, don't wait for Nelson... that's a hail mary...make the contacts, do the work. If we want it bad enough, we'll let as many people know as possible. I personally don't trust we'll just end up on the moon, I believe in this community to do our part.  It's fun to talk about it, let's be about doing it.

Some people are gonna cry when it reach 100k in not such a long time.

So true.

I am laughing at the fuddsters that always show up when a coin is taking off.
I particularly love their analytical thinking that only occurs when they feel they missed the bus. "there must be 95 metric tonnes of MMJ for CANN to reach .00xxxx" "If A =/= B then....aw shit, I didn't buy any Sad"

To the fuddsters: At least CANN can be used for something and it's still only 15k sat. Look at a piece of shit like XMR that is really good for nothing...it's only been the last few weeks that the XMR holders have begun to walk away because "what is it good for?".

Excuse me while I buy a few more @ 15500 because there is still BTC to be made.

I don't understand the point of coming here and tell us the reality of things from your perspective when we all are grown ups here.

Why didn't you try to do this when CANN was at 1k?
I smell a FUDDER.
