I see they're getting defensive in the DOGE thread...

Wouldn't want CAT stealing the thunder of a $7 Million market cap coin now would they?

I have some plans there. Maybe in a day. Need to see some CAT gains over the next day or so.
Then I will make some nice pro-CAT statements to rain on some DOGE parades. Just to save
them some money over there. DOGE VVVVV down

This is hilarious! Everyone is watching these blocks tick away. I've been thinking about it all day heh....
I don't think it will be instant but I do see price rising after this obviously.

ohhhhh 20,108 !!

48 ?

2 hrs

So is the new difficulty based on an average hasrate over the last 2016 blocks or is it based on the hashrate at the last
block before changeover?Huh? <------

well one of the first sales in that google doc was 2.84 BTC for 284 CatCoins so.... something something scam ?

Fair enough.

It looks like someone's developed an online wallet system for CatCoins;

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=392647.new#new

What do you guys think?

you're asking to lose your coins if you put them there.
isn,t that what just happened with doge?
the only people that could offer a net/ cloud based wallet that i would trust would be google.

I think it's great to see developers taking interest in CAT. I'm sure there will be many more soon. Smiley

We had it. Since cryptsy/coinedup we don't need it anymore. Whoever wants cats may trade their coins for btc/doge and trade them for cats.
Why would anyone risk their cats to be scammed

By the way everyone, I think it's encouraging to see that people who are trading alt coins are trading for Cat Coins more and more. Do we have a trade spreadsheet thread? If not, maybe it's time we got one.

It's not as good as angled, i can't find how to insert skybox
for reflections in solidworks.

I'm almost finish "serious" wersion, hope CATs will not die.

I think this variant has better lighting

I think it's really good. Would be great if it looked more shiny. Also, could you take the knurling off the edge of the coin? It looks great on the other renders, so you should definitely keep it for those, but for the official coin image it should be completely round.

I think this is what the official coin should look like though. So much more professional.  Smiley

previous had better metallic color on the coin

I think it has to do with the lighting in the render.

We're about 90 blocks away from a difficulty retarget now and that should push up prices very quickly (if not immediately when people realize that these low prices will obviously not continue when the supply of new coins becomes severely restricted). Smiley
