I wish I had the skillset to do more. With the people that contribute to the team it is hard to do anything better since we have such a solid group. My web dev skills are minimal as well as my graphic design. I am a certified PM and will be more than happy to organize/coordinate projects, just wish I could do more. I am going to start a thread on catcoin forums to see if we can get some stuff moving.

CATcoin could become a very strong brand, it has potential, but marketing needs to be better managed.

Wish I had a few thousand. I know they'll be worth more in the future, but I only have 400 coins.

That is right.. But dont worry, volume on coined up is soooooooooooooooooo low, even on coinex, it just doesnt matter and only weak hands are in panic and "selling".. Thing is, that weak hands dont own any important amount of money
Look at it this way - there is already around 1 000 000 CAT mined, and just around 10 000 CAT were traded past 24 hours.. it represents 1% of coins.. nothing to worry about.. and this 1% are weak teenagers mining with one old radeon, not mature enough to hold it tight.. Strong hands with thousands of CAT coins are holding them tight because price will rise in time.. no matter what.. it is all so corelated to btc.. so now it is weekend, btc is slower, but once there will be another shopping spree during week, btc price will rise and CAT price will skyrocket..

 

A lot of miners just in it to make a quick buck, if they make twice as much in BTC then they could when they were mining lets say Dogecoin or Worldcoin, both still pretty profitable, they are going to dump the coin.

Well ok that is understandable it is profit for sure to sell them at that price.

However they are missing something here.

This coined was being mined pretty quick the first couple of days because so much hashpower was thrown at it while the difficulty was low,  now that the difficulty has shot very few new coins are being mined compared to the first couple of days, economically this is actually pretty sound, because now we have a solid base of the money supply and from now on it is only slow money supply inflation and the inflation of the money supply will slow down more on the next difficulty jump.

Now the money supply inflation by itself does not determine whether the coin is going to increase or decrease in value, to determine that you have to take demand into account, how many people want the coin, a good indicator of that is watching the number of new websites, twitter accounts facebook account etc.

I noticed today that the newly created catforum  at http://www.catcoinforum.com/index.php has way more visitors already then lets say the quarkcoin forum lol. So I think it a safe bet that demand is growing real fast, women also seem to be more interested in this coin then any other coins (camgirls *wink)

So with supply slowing down and demand going up, I think it is a safe bet that this coin gonna deflate and become more valuable over time as long as poeple keep promoting it the way they are doing now.

So Besides mining it I am moving some BTC into CAT, buying it up cheap just like all the other speculators are doing that have set up identical double sell walls at both the exchanges *cough
