It say it's a Scrypt based coin in OP?
I was going to make it SHA256, but then by popular cats demand it was changed to Scrypt.That is where the cat went into the box and was never seen again.

Reasons, is it already too hard to mine ?
I'm prepairing big article. Yes, i mine a lot of coins (not so much as someone)
at the start and half of them belong to one character, who even does nothing
(for now). But i repeat not only for simple mortals with only one laptop, but
large cat keepers and serious miners (unfortunately all depends on them(keepers) now).
Imagine that CAT is BTC (0.2 BTC/CAT) and 10% of all coins already done.
It is simplier to sold coins that you mine for one nignt for 2000$ or even more
and deal with this risky bussines, but the reward can be much greater. And
the paradox in that, when the keeper decide that reward is fair, all will end.
If we stop mine CATcoin will be dead. If we start trading now, CATcoin will be dead.
The doge is extreamly fast (blocks, recalc diff) it save the coin. And Doge had the slogan
"get in, we going to the moon" and people "get in", seeing alot of zeroes.
