The developer however has a laid back attitude and does a little something every day
Right now the most urgent thing to do in my opinion for the dev, is to include the libwinpthread-1.dll in the Download link for the windows client in the OP, because right now, with the updated client with the CAT logo, it still wont run because you need the DLL
Another thing he should do ASAP is make instructions in the OP about how to make a catcoin.conf file and supply some node because synchronising is the next problem for a lot of people
These 2 things should be done first in my opinion before any other things and I have Pm'ed the dev about it

I disagree about author part. Its mostly up to first batch of miners to promote the coin. After that, the coin has a larger community and its up to them (miners included). First batch of miners should sell a large percentage of their coins as cheap as possible to as many different ppl as possible. Pump and Dump isn't good for anyone expect for first few miners.

No, I certainly wouldn't listen to those people, however, the very fact that people are trying to big up the coin, and the hashing power behind it shows that there's a lot of interest in the coin. Like I said. Be objective. Everyone has a motive to rate or slate a coin. You need to take every aspect into context. For that very reason I'm not saying whether or not I think the coin will be successful. I was one of the early miners, but due to bad luck with the pools I didn't get many coins.
I'm pretty sure CAT coin is here to stay. With thousands of people mining and a hash rate of 1.3 gh/s..... Yea, the coin that had major release issues is hotter than DOGE coin. Plus only 21 million CAT vs 100 billion DOGE, prices are going to fly.... Mine while you can!
