how will the launch take place?...
Is the Source coude available now already the final version or will final version be uploaded shortly before launch and nodes annouced at launch? or will everything be put out exactly at launch time?

OP should make a donation adress, so he can get some funds to promote the coin, also big miners should help with promotion

Too many people will start mining, diff will skyrocket it is true. Coin may become unpopular cause of this.

This sounds like a trap, proceed with caution when someone other than the author is trying to compile a wallet for a coin not released yet.
With the advantage of hindsight, it could retarget based on shorter block intervals, perhaps with some limits in place. Also, in anticipation of a massive amount of hash power at launch, diff could start higher... but that would require an actual programmer, not just a copy/paste coin.
