yes, so most of exchanges offers cashback in there own token where liquidity is less or with huge spreads.
whereas changeangel offers cashback in top most coins such as litecoin, digibyte and tfuel

anyone can choose what to receive as cashback

I also noticed their cashback feature on their exchange app.
But they do need to build trust among crypto users.
Right now, they have good rating in trustpilot. But haven't used it yet.

Changeangel is not an Ethereum dex. Wallet connect will be available only if you have the changeangel non custodial decentralised wallet, when it is available, by the end of the year.

You say your exchange is noncustodial yet I see nothing noncustodial about it

First off, you need users to sign up before using your service. I have never seen noncustodial service that requires users to sign up on their platform
