I've seen a thread here about your team and people experience with service and it looks not that pretty. Also I had some problems with fees on your exchanger

All of the refund inquires are processed by our support team, and it is completely impossible for the system to miss any of them.  Also, every swap has an ID that allows us to trace a swap in our database when it is needed.
We deeply believe in honesty on the crypto market, and our service possesses all the qualities of a transparent one. We are sorry that something made you think otherwise.

There was one case last summer that took us a long time to resolve.
But as per marlboroza's feedback, you have too many scam accusations. Isn't it correct? I know marlboroza can't give a fake feedback. I have checked the reference link and there's no doubt that you have scam accusations more than one.
To our knowledge, there was one case of scam accusations against ChangeNOW, which was widely discussed in many threads here on Bitcointalk and on other platforms. The problem was settled almost a year ago, and now our updated KYC-policies leave no chance for the same misunderstanding to happen.
Have you ever checked your negative feedbacks? I have checked and seen people said you have some scam accusation. Moreover, you have lied and that's what Loycev has written in his feedback reference link.
