The world’s first fan influence and rewards app for sports fans, Socios.com gets you closer to the teams you love through club-delegated polls. From seeking an opinion on kit design to which player they want to meet at a club event, it’s you they will ask, and it’s you they will listen to. It’s like having a direct line to your club. As well as the right to participate in polls, you get access to unique rewards – once-in-a-lifetime experiences, exclusive merchandise, prediction games, match-day challenges and much much more. The subject of the polls is determined by the clubs, but the possibilities are endless, depending on how much fan input the clubs seek. We issue the Fan Tokens on behalf of our team partners and host what we call a Fan Token Offering, where we offer them for sale to fans. Fan Tokens are digital assets that represent your ownership of a voting right. Once acquired, they remain in your possession as long as the club remains on the Socios.com platform or until you decide to sell them. Fan Tokens can be sold on the app’s marketplace - a feature that will be released in due course. Think of the FTO as an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) but targeting football fans of some of the largest clubs in the world. After the FTO has concluded, the Fan Tokens will be listed on our marketplace and only tradeable vs the CHZ pair (for example, JUV/CHZ for Juventus fan tokens), marketplace supply will come from fans willing to sell their Fan Tokens. Some have coined our product ‘The Binance of Sports’. As a consequence of our partnerships, we will launch joint marketing campaigns to promote the sale of their Fan Tokens.

Our partners
Chiliz and Socios.com have already partnered with: Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, West Ham United, OG (esports team), AS Roma, Atlético Madrid and Galatasary. We have many more clubs and teams in the pipeline ready to join Socios.com. All of the teams listed will issue a Fan Token and host a Fan Token Offering on the app. If you miss out on an FTO, don’t worry, tokens will be tradeable in the in-app marketplace in the future. Note that in the marketplace the price of tokens will fluctuate based on supply and demand.

Token economics
For fans to acquire Fan Tokens / participate in the FTO, they need to purchase CHZ first. CHZ purchased VIA the app will be market bought from Binance.

Token velocity measures and the possible introduction of a burning mechanism is something we have discussed and is something that we will address properly in Q1. There have been some discussions here and there in our Telegram group.
