Hello $CIF! I know you've said recently you're working on new Wallets, is there any news on the progress of them and when they may be available?

While we are on the Wallets...excuse the following, probably full of newbie mistakes and misunderstandings Grin, but....I've been looking for a decent multi-currency Wallet that will allow the usual BTC/ETH etc but also as many Altcoins as possible. I know a lot run off ERC20 so presumably not a train smash to get that in a Wallet if it already accepts and handles Ether.

So that got me to thinking that the ideal solution would be a multi-currency Wallet from $CIF - it could be a "gateway" device for the business going forwards - $CIF brings business and crypto/blockchain to the table to meet each other, how better a start than to offer a Wallet that would enable all users (Noobs and Legends!) a safe entry, and room to grow (trade the coins, use an exchange etc).

If $CIF clients, and the clients of those clients, were all on $CIF wallet that would be awesome and would grow the user base and increase activity on your bespoke blockchain, and that would drag the value of $CIF along with it as the user base grows.

If $CIF can get a relationship with an upcoming exchange/ICO or even an existing one and allow the access to/from the exchange direct from the Wallet then that could have wide a reaching catchment of users and businesses alike.

What do you guys n girls think? Huh

Love the idea! I hope they will launch the new wallet before or on the moment they will release CIF on the exchanges! I think it is necessary for a good start.

is the quantity of tokens limited?

Quantity is limited for each phase of the ICO, as well as for the total amount generated. I think that answers your question?

125M for ICO

85 - Phase 1
30 - Phase 2
10 - Phase 3

what is the difference between phase one and phase two? ICO fundraising still continue?

Fundraising still continues however in phase 2 you're buying into a smaller pot of CIF 30m and in phase 3, 10m so it pays to get in earlier.

Now is very hard time for all of ICO projects, especially with Bitcoin price raising. It is very hard to decide where to invest. Bitcoin or any other ICO.
There is a trend that many ICO have a lowerest price after fundraising. Do you have any plan to protect your investors from price dump?

So we're doing a few things to protect against price dump - most notably, we're funding our project through personal investment and looking to VC's for added support. This will allow us additional funding and with our actual software sales we'll be showing healthy revenue. One thing that's we've taken to heart is properly crafting an ongoing business strategy that shows us with a very healthy net profit 5 years from now - unlike many ICO's who focus on initial ICO investment with no proper plans for future growth. Obviously we are involved in the cryptocurrency space however I think it's more accurate to label us as a startup with revenue potential and a take-to-market strategy.

I agree, but i think more people will invest after 14/17 Nov. However, this requires better marketing and design (my opinion). I think the plan is to have a good company etc. after the launch haha. However, i think one way to protect CIF from such a dump is to shorten the mature time of the coin. Many PoS coins see a more stable price etc, because people have a incentive to buy more. Now the mature time is like 30 crazy days, which is very long for most stakers or investors.

how much is soft cap?

We're looking for around 2-300 K through the ICO given the cost of BTC at the moment but we will also be looking to grow through traditional (Series A) with VC's to secure capital - so the final total raised will be a mix of ICO and VC equity raise. We'll grow organically through the amount raised and attempt to scale based after launching our MVP and we can start generating revenue.

On which exchanges will tokens trade?

We haven't made a final decision on which exchanges we're going to be trading - we have tentative agreements with several exchanges however we will make an executive decision closer to January. As you can see (with Novacoin) this is a fluid market so we don't want to make a careless decision.
