Didn't mean to come off as advertising. I don't think it should be wrong to talk about other coins on a forum especially ones that are similar and/or compete for the same market share.
In truth I'm a little frustrated. Cinni is pretty high tech coin with lots of promised features and what should be a bright future and I invested accordingly. It is embarrassing to have the Panda people lumber onto the scene and start to steal the show. Maybe Panda will just crash back down and disappear but it just doesn't feel that way; let's see what happens when the real manipulation begins. Cinni needs to hurry up and get encrypted messaging, etc. up and running to gain market trust back along with strong media that will pull in more demand than the manipulators can handle. It looks like YellowCoin, OrangeCoin and LibertyCoin are melting down so Cinni has a shot basically for the next week to establish itself as a cheaper alternative to Darkcoin. Way down on page 2 of Coinmarketcap PinkCoin and BadgerCoin are steadily gaining volume. Both have the strongish (if kind of strange) communities that the color coins lack
I think you're correct in dealing with the moon rocket people. In the Dogecoin community no-one takes them seriously and it is kind of a funny in-joke. On a new coin like Cinni people listen and take actions based on posts in the forum. This is stupid but newbies just don't know. Been there done that got the T-shirt. Even worse, lots of the price is rising, buy! buy! posts are just false. I've seen posts like those, gone to the Exchanges and seen red on many many occasions. It is good there are voices in the forum that call out that kind of BS.
Basically the different forces manipulating Cinni need to coordinate themselves in way that consolidates their greed and lets the rest of us make a little money as well. It seems that is what happened with Darkcoin: the various "mafias" realized that if they more-or-less work together everyone gets paid.
I think the real competition is starting to come from PandaCoin. They revised and cleaned up a shitcoin and created a well structured POW/POS coin with solid developers and an early doge-coin like community. They switched their logo so that instead of being like a silly meme the coin comes off as something that could be real money in some 2nd World type place once formerly colonized by Britain with lots of jungle and an influential Chinese community. Up until last week they were languishing down in single digit litoshi territory but with their switch to POS Panda is dashing up Coinmarketcap like, well, a Panda up a tree. Cinni's forum is full of financial analysis, cost predictions, rocket talk (when Cinni is up) etc. Panda's forum is full of pictures of cute pandas on bikes, reading newspapers, etc. There's is more of a feeling of community and pizazz ... people there have stuck with the coin for months while it was essentially dead. I'm kicking myself for not buying billions but who knew? It will be interesting to see how they fare when they get real valuation and the whales, FUD spreaders, manipulators, rocket men, etc. descend on them the way they've infiltrated this forum. The big test will be when people over there start posting pictures of Pandas on rockets, in spaceships, staring at the moon etc. I think Cinni's main problem is that the coin has so much promise: different groups of manipulators are all pulling the coin in different directions and the end result is stagnation. Dogecoin held together through that and as cliche as it might sound, the strength of their community was how they did it.
cmon this is advertising coins in other threads in a nice passive aggressive form.
There is competition but not from PandaCoin.. Id say the majority is DRK, maybe NAUT/$XDQ/Dirac (those i see failing soon) and of course the flow of fiat back into Bitcoin itself. Cmon it is so blatant that Cinni is being extremely manipulated by someone whether it being UTC or not. The marketcap for Cinni alone is $ 699,971. You dont necessarily need to be a Notorious whale to aggessively manipulate this coin. The marketcap is extremely low and vulnerable for manipulation. I am not surprised if those messages from UTClover are credible. Someone is clearly manipulating Cinni ever since the first pump when Cinni premiered on Mintpal. A certain person(s) have had Cinni on their radar for quite some while now due to Cinni having no scam/premine/ipo/bullshit on the dev side, beside from some minor BS that was partially my fault, although i just wanted some valid questions answered that were deleted, but yes i went about it in the wrong fashion. Back to the point, smart people have had Cinni on extreme watch IMO since the first MP pump and the second MP pump to 35k+. This coin is far from dead. If Cinni does come through with a legit encrypted messaging system implemented it will be an extreme positive for Cinni let alone all other cryptos in general. I personally know people who hardly know anything about crypto, only basic info i supply them with, and they said they would download the Cinni wallet asap and use this over Bitcoin due to the encrypted messaging. IMO that will be, by far my favorite feature any crypto has implemented due to various reasons
again, i apologize for causing drama, i wasnt creating FUD or advertising coins, just trying to spread useful info on why Cinni may have been taking a hit. Yes i went about dealing with the people who only talk about moon posts in the wrong way, but IMO yelling price increase constantly with no susbstantial evidence is just as damaging to a coin as FUD. Ive personally lost BTC due to posts of the exact same nature of yelling price increase with no credibility. it creates confidence in buyers based of false information and once that confidence gets shattered due to a coin crashing for whichever the coin that was being bought, it will lose confidence of people rebuying into that coin if it ever does start to rebound. Just my two cents. Ill refrain from being the big bad troll who bashes posts of this sort, nothing good comes from it. But as i said, no good comes from yelling price increase just as nothing good comes from yelling FUD. If the price is increasing then you have every right to be excited, just dont exaggerate, its when people lose money due to false information is when i have a problem with it. Its happened to me and its frustrating.
