1) In my view the mods play a part in all these scam coins.
2) The real problem with the scam coins is that a certain percentage of people LOVES TO BE SCAMMED HOPING THAT SOMEONE ELSE BUYS HIS SHIT
3) I proposed to build a community from scratch out of here and only for the altcoins. Escrowed premine and coins with no premine should be the only allowed projects
Maybe my solutions are quite drastically and ambitious but surely they are more professional than this shit sockpuppets forum

I agree. At least well known members of bitcointalk should take action and do something about these shitcoins and scammers. Decentralization and anonymity are among the most important features of the cryptocurrency but they are at the same time hurting the community.
