Initial Coin Offering Buyer's Profit Sharing Plan

XCloudcoin's profit sharing plan is designed to provide periodic XCloudcoin
distribution to plan members based on business profitability of the Xcloud file
hosting solution.

Plan Rules
• Minimum holding of 10,000 XCloudcoins.
• Applicant must send in their registration email to XCloudcoin profit
sharing plan administrators along with the required proof of ICO
purchases.
• Coins must be transferred from the Bittrex account to the applicant's address
within 1 day after ICO ends and not moved to another wallet.
• 90% of the coins must remain in the wallet to qualify for the next month
profit.
• The distribution schedule is determined by the XCloudcoin management
team.
• The allocation will be in proportion to the buyer's original stake in the
ICO, eligibility requirements, or some other formula.
• XCloudcoin will be distributed rather than cash or Bitcoin.
• A share of the profits each month is placed in an XCloudcoin trust fund
and this is allocated to participating ICO buyer's along with their share of
the accumulated interest in the fund.
