best way to do it is for the person who lost the BTC to offer say 20% of the returned BTC as a bounty Wink

seen it happen on another hack recently and the thief got in contact.

Sure stealing is a bad crime ... but there are way worse seriously... in this case it was like putting the money behind a window and wonder why it got stollen.

The lul worthy part of it... the hacker did it totally wrong. He could have just cashed out the Cloak directly. Saved themselves about $10000+ in the panic buy/sell process. Staked the coins until PoSA came out and moved it without anybody ever knowing where it went.
