Your bubble, in case you can't read a chart, has burst. You just experienced a flash crash in a short-term downtrend on huge volume which surpassed any up-volume you might have had in the past 3 weeks.
XC went through the same thing at the top and I warned them there before they flash-crashed (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7006232).
Volume is all that matters in crypto, and you just experienced a massive warning signal that something stinks.

Devs are anonymous so they can always dump and relaunch a new coin. TRUE!
Coin had a botched launch that was only 7 days long and DEVs had rented rigs raping the mess out of the coin during the 7 day instamine period. TRUE!
The original ANN was deleted and replaced. TRUE!
The original cloakcoin code was a copy paste from boostcoin. TRUE! until proven otherwise.
Cloakcoin never fully explained how they would use the exchanges to anonymise in their original ANN and that plan has been scrapped. TRUE!
Dev bans new users that ask these questions which are required questions to lower the risk that the coin will be dumped. TRUE!

With the devs support of censorship and the real possibility of a HUGE hidden instamine held by the devs, they may have already dumped some off. The devs should prove that they havn't dumped since a 7 day POW period is already like an instamine especially with the devs rented rigs and a failed launch. Further still, anonymous devs can dump all at any moment!

btw dark got delayed that much because the design was improved a lot due to discussions with anonymint and co..
