At one point. the price of 1 CLOAK used to be 18 times higher than it is now. Now let me ask you a question: If you were the dev of this coin, would you have the motivation to continue at this point? After all that has happened? After all the trolling, after all the aggressive demands of spoilt investors, after all the dumping? You can wait for news, but I wouldn't hold my breath. There is not a single reason for the devs to continue on this project. It would make more sense for them to start a new coin. But I would say they will never return to crypto again, as crypto probably haunts them in their nightmares. It's quite sad, they didn't deserve this faith. At least it was a good learning experience for them, they might be able to use some of the learnings of this project in their professional careers when they reach maturity/leave high school.

Price hasn't moved because no one tells anyone anything. Just circlejerking between the faithful followers and the fudders. There is ZERO information for any outside investor. None. No, "Here's our current status" or even a "Hi, we're still working" message. No sane investor would put money into something that has zero public relations and is completely hidden.
Until that happens, this coin is doomed to die a slow, painful death. And that's sad because it had so much potential.
Yeah I've had 5btc sitting around for a while that I was going to buy some more cloak with but I cant justify it at the moment. I'm just going to try another coin or two and hold my current cloak instead of selling, it's a gamble but I'll either lose the lot or make some money.

Setting a date so early (10th September) was a mistake.
Why did that happen?
This was after discussion with the dev team brought on by the constant demands in the IRC and other channels.
From experience I would of been much more comfortable adding a couple of weeks to that date but stuck to the date we'd talked about as a team.
As a result of this error I'm not going to let it happen again.
When we have something you'll see it and I'll be avoiding the pre-hype that can lead to people dumping on release.

TO THEN TELL US THAT DEV WAS NOT AROUND FROM FRIDAY THE 5th SEPTEMBER TO THE 10th, WHEN DEADLINE WAS REACHED.

Being unsure is good, taking time to post is good, but don't make hype on something that you are clealy unsure of..

If not here is an explanation :
Alty said on the deadline day (the 10th september I reckon) that his main Dev was not there from friday to tuesday, the release day.
From the 5th september to the 10th.
He also said that the release should take a few more days (which will most likely not happen).
The problem from that is that he made a tweet on sunday the 7th september saying something like : "Expect a surge in cloak coin next week
"From this, price started to go back up, and obviously this was the main trigger of the rise.
So what to learn from it ?
That a fucking low life don't even try to hide the fact that he prolly already knew that developer was away, and used this to make some insider profit.
And if he did not, that tell a lot about their inside communication in the team, so I very doubt he did not know.
Just as he knew before about other problems in previous release.
I don't think it's a scam, but I can only see how they fool people and will prolly keep fooling people for personnal profit until -if ever- release happen.
If ever we get a onemarket, a supposed "true anonymous coin and trustless" before hell freeze over or someone else release all this in another coin.
Perhaps alty is making a new coin also ?
I mean you can expect anything from SCUMBAGS.
Because there are things that should not be forgotten, expect to see me post those quotes a few times a day until there is improvments, or that those quote actually get a real answer.

I suppose the post was easy to skip over... I should have included a picture of a troll shitting out cloakcoins with rainbows in his eyes or something.OK so I am convinced that this is all a game right now. The coin ath to 30k had microbuys of .01 and .02 bots all the way down. It kept getting pushed and pushed. Now at 30k with the community collectively giving the coin the ole' final farewells. I am seeing the same microbuys pushing it back to 30k whenever it dips to sub 28k. Cloak might refer to alty and dagger might refer to the market manipulation. Either way this is closed source and doing weird stuff.

also to note. Right now it is at 27730 and the top buys on mintpal are 0.015 and 0.016 as predicted.

I lol everytime when a dumb pig is speaking about OpenBazaar. People failed to understand that the biggest hype of this coin was OneMarket, which was only an idea derived from OpenBazaar. In fact i started to hate this shitcoin right after i talked with some people in IRC months ago. It was the time when they released the in-wallet mock-up of OneMarket. I knew from the start that their decentralized market solution was nothing but vapors of horse dump, especially after seeing that the other project was not even in beta and was being developed (and still is) by a team of 9. I'm not even elaborating on those fantasy names. P.O.S.A, C.E.C.I.L, U.S.H.E.R. I wonder how many days they lol'd after launching the announcements for those "earth shattering" technologies haha.
So if these bagholders had some common sense, they would've realised that a team of 3 twitter posters, 1 designer, 2 pizza boys and a cut-pasta developer were about to fail in comparison with a dedicated team of 9 developers working on a single feature (OpenBazaar). And by this argument this is me being good, because if i have to be more realistic and sincere, this "loljosh" shitcoin was launched only for a fast pump and dump and that's it.
Regarding me and my intentions, i'm pretty disgusted at some of the comments. It's only a passion of mine to trash coins that i find suspicious as fuck. Also, if people remember, I was shitting on this garbage when it was over 200k satoshi, so If i was the cleanup guy for a pump/dump group i would have not done that. I always had good intentions, but i also wanted to have fun with the imbeciles that were calling me a fud-er, hater, crazy and about everything possible. I had a good time in here and people that saw beyond the strong language were the winners in the end, because i always threw some valid arguments and concerns in those messages.

You need to understand that what you call "harsh language" is totally predominating your posts, pushing your essential message into the background. It does not help substantiating your message.
