Right now it looks stable and the site has been up since November so they didn't fly-by night. They have paid very good revenues and some are starting to ROI already.
Then again, who knows the future? Mt gox seemed stable...

The overall Bitcoin Hashrate Network went a lot higher in the recent days, thus the difficulty has rise too the february 9th, and there was even less block rewards in the last few days.
