I have a question for you Trimegistus. The last two times the difficulty has gone down. Have you earned more from week to week (the last weeks) or less compared with the time when difficulty was up?
It is almost impossible for me to compare my earning on a weekly basis because I reinvest everything every other week. Therefore, I only get paid once every two weeks. But I can tell you I believe last two weeks the payout seemed somehow bigger than before. I just don't know exactly how much...

This is starting to smell a bit fishy to me...
We have sent you your payout. You do appear in the payout list and there is nothing wrong with your account. We are sure that you will receive your next payout as usual. Without deeper investigation I cannot tell you the exact reason why you were not paid out. This occurs rare.
Apologies. This is one of the first such occurrences when payout is not received for reason other than re-investing or not specifying a valid payout address.

You must try to contact them and to have their explanations. If the ticket don't answer try with tweeter. I would prefer that they give explanations here too. So everyone with this big problem will have its answer.

You mentioned on Twitter that you are hiring extra support, but many people still complain that your support is slow. This can cause damage to your business/reputation. Can you please update us on the support status? Did you hire? Why days pass without people being answered?
And while you are at it, can you please post new photos of your data center for us?

Wrong. Where have you seen this? Difficulty is not raising. Is going down. That's why DanielNitrovsky has right. As I can see I am not the only one with the same problem.
