i'm confused.. it seems the gas required for this airdrop is more than the airdrop itself.

I thought that it was very confusing compared to other Airdrop and it was strange that there was no checksum in the address, so we decided not to participate.
You can collect people better if you write more clearly without looking like a scam.

First of all, I can not find Proportional Reward structure reward system example on your website. Whitepaper has the same lines as mentioned in this post. Am I missing something?
1. I registered myself for the airdrop. So after the airdrop, will I be entitled as a token holder? If so, does that mean I can claim reward stated by Proportional Reward structure?

Not for the airdrop registration. You could watch the contract in MIST ethereum wallet and interact with it, the same procedures apply.
Sending money to the contract will result in a fail. Should you intend to buy ClusterToken, you should read the main thread that allows you to directly send funds (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-cluster-self-mining-token-100eth-reward-per-cluster-solved-2051979)
