I'm sorry, but I keep getting the same error.

You should be able to find it fairly easily in your server logs, because it's a HTTP 500 error (internal server error), i.e. a server-side application error.

As for blank page - we will fix bug this week - it is because expiring session.

Ok, we can live with that, although it would be nice if login and withdrawal address matched.
