Ok.
The owner of this fake website is Giuseppe Rinaldi, popularly known as Joe Rinaldi from Montreal - Canada.
Say hi to Joe.Joe, did a previous website phones4btc.com in order to try and take bitcoins out of people but was quickly dismissed at the right beginning by an old time member so he gave up on that website.
Thread of website phones4btc.com:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/delete-me-369950 Then Joe tried opening a new thread for phones4BTC.com but was reminded of the previous thread by myself:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/delete-372184Joe, normal username DensityMax, used JunkCoin nickname to try using to market phones4BTC.com
Joe then created a new website for after Christmas to scam more people. Joe's mistake is believing that buying an URL with bitcoin is safe enough to hide your ID. I am not technologically savvy, correct me if I am wrong.
Joe hosted his website at hostgator.com . Unfortunatelly for Joe hostgator is not as anonymous as one thinks.
The original of his email to the people he scammed showed the following:
"X-KLMS-AntiSpam-Envelope-From:
[email protected] " in the source of the email received from
[email protected]joer123 is Joe's account at hostgator. Hostgator has already learned about the facts yesterdays through live chat and after that an email to the abuse team. (This was done by a fellow user, I don't have details of goings on)
Yesterday when I learned Joe's real identity I emailed BTCEletronics and said something of the kind:
'Hi Joe,
How are you? Expect a knock on the door. The Canadian police have been alerted about your scam.'
It was the first post ever that Joe was not confrontational to me:
Joe answered
'Joe? Okay.'
'My name is not Joe. And I don't leave in Canada. Good Luck
'
I told Joe a user had looked into him and found quite a lot about him,(Remember here I am messaging BTCEletronics), info about his mcjob, his family members etc...
Less than 5 minutes after the message
www.coineletronics.com went off air.
Joe had a twitter account where he talked a lot about cryptos and similar news. I followed Joe on twitter.
Joe had a nice facebook page with his photos working at Rolopan Crepes in Montreal while his G+ says he worked had a McJob in the past.
I added Joe on facebook too.
After I added him on both, Joe deactivated everything except his googleplus account. He probably doesn't know he even has one, google forces that down our throats.
Cancelled twitter handle:
https://twitter.com/joeerinaldi Cancelled facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/JoeeRinaldiG+ (Still live as we speak):
https://plus.google.com/106853091392562549456/photosI added Joe on Skype and sent him an email to his live account but no reply:
Joerinaldi , skype
[email protected]Joe's info matches the one to another user that has been doing small scams on this website: DensityMax
Coincidentally DensityMax was the first user to buy a new phone at
www.coineletronics.com.
Not only this but BTCEletronics had posted only DensityMax's phone on the 26th of December. All other real buyers would have to wait until the 30th to have their phones shipped.
Joe has a sweet tooth for trying to run scams under DensityMax. On the following link he tried on a different website to sell iphone for $450 and was called out as you can see:
http://forums.redflagdeals.com/archive/index.php/t-1030336.htmlMore info to come as we wait for the original person who investigate Joe to come online.
Take in consideration I am writing a thesis for my degree that has to be handed in soon. I am frequently online but I do not large periods to focus on other issues.
